The First Thanksgiving
Burke and I are off right now to a Thanksgiving dinner! We will be eating with 26 other people of different nationalities all in Banska Bystrica (They are all connected to YWAM). We are very very blessed to be able to spend our evening with such a wonderful and Godly group of people.
Over the last month, I have been leading the kids at Narnia in activities to celebrate Thanksgiving in America. I told them the story, we made hats, props, and finally, they acted out what they learned. The resulting project is rather cute and can be viewed below.
We are sorry we haven’t blogged in a long time, rest assured, we have not dropped off the face of the earth. We have been very busy since we got back from Germany (Burke has a post on the way about that), but we are still alive and well. We miss you all and love you so much and are very thankful for each and everyone of you:) Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow! Lizzie, this is really cute and what’s more you made them understand you. Well done to you and the kids! Good job!
Aunt Judy McLaughlin:
Lizzie, the kids did a wonderful job! How cute. It must be very rewarding to work with these great kids and see them grow.
Doug:
We just watched the movie.Good acting for kids that don’t know about indians and pilgrims. Sometime record the kids talking so we can hear their language. We are anxiously awaiting a St. Nicholas or Christmas movie!
